WSH editor in chief Larry J. Sanders initially purchased his Nikon D3400 in July 2017 to use primarily for the fashion component of the WSH e-magazine. Although Larry has yet to model for the project as much as first intended, he’s been behind-the-lens ever since, his obsessive attention to detail and aesthetic imbuing what became an instant passion for photography.
After independently shooting a number of events in 2018 and the early stages of 2019, Larry formally established the photography house under the boutique’s patronage in September 2019. Since PHOTOGRAPHY’s launch, notable clients have included the advocacy organization Color of Change and the workspace company Convene. Larry also serves as the formal photographer and Multimedia Producer for the community non-profit BeGreatDC.
