Thank you so much for placing an order with WSH Consulting! We are ecstatic you’ve hired us (or at least seem to be considering us) for your writing and editing needs. We strive to provide a high-quality product and reliable customer service. That said, here is our policy on refunds, edits, and the like:

• WSH Consulting maintains a strict no-refund policy.

• Clients may request edits within the first six (6) months after receipt of document(s), determined by the earliest of (a) client’s electronic receipt of order or (b) the fulfillment date, pursuant to WSH Consulting internal records.
